In April 2025, Loop Plus made its debut under the name Loop Lab Busan, and in 2026, it will relaunch as Loop Plus, introducing a new media art platform that envisions a future where technology and ecology converge—built upon the creative foundation and digital sensibility of our era.

Loop Plus, in collaboration with Loop Barcelona—the world’s first and most influential video art fair—pioneers a new wave in the Asian media art scene. Although the media art market remains smaller and less established than the traditional art world, Loop Plus strives to cultivate a sustainable ecosystem where artists, galleries, and institutions can grow together and thrive.

The first art fair in Asia dedicated exclusively to digital and media art, Loop Plus Fair features around 30 leading galleries from around the world. Visitors are invited to explore the past, present, and future of media art through a diverse spectrum of works—including moving images, video art, media installations, NFTs, AR, VR, and AI-driven creations.

A curated exhibition program dedicated to discovering and supporting the next generation of media artists. Through curated artist booths and media walls, the exhibition showcases experimental works and expands as part of Loop Lab Busan, collaborating with 23 cultural venues across the city.

Organizing Institution
Artivist is a cultural organization founded in 2023 by a group of young curators and collectors, aiming to serve as a next-generation digital and media platform. In 2025, it launched Loop Lab Busan, introducing a new market for media art fairs in Korea. In 2026, it relaunched under the new name Loop Plus, establishing itself as a professional organization for media art planning and operations, to foster both domestic and Asian media art markets.
Artivist has actively engaged in a wide range of for-profit and non-profit initiatives, including collections, residency programs, and educational projects, building a sustainable network centered on art. Through the establishment of a non-profit cultural foundation, Artivist further strengthens collaboration between the art and industry sectors and seeks to expand the media art ecosystem through comprehensive support and sponsorship initiatives.

The event consists of three main sections—Fair, Festival, and Studies—serving as a dynamic archive and living history of media art.
